Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o finanční analýze a jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnotit finanční situaci vybrané společnosti. První část popisuje teoretické podklady a charakteristiku vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Jsou zde popsány také účetní výkazy, které jsou zdrojem dat pro její vypracování. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod a posouzení finančního zdraví podniku. Mezi tyto metody patří například absolutní ukazatele, ukazatele rentability, aktivity, likvidity a zadluženosti. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek společně s jejich vysvětlením v kontextu dění ve firmě. Vybrané výsledky jsou zobrazeny také v grafech pro snazší interpretaci. Závěrečná část je věnována shrnutí výsledků a zhodnocení finanční situace firmy společně s návrhy a doporučeními.The bachelor thesis deals mainly with financial analysis and its main goal is to evaluate the financial situation of a selected company. First part described theoretical bases and characteristics of selected methods of financial analysis.There are also described the financial statements, which are source for its elaboration. The practical part is focused on application of selected methods and assessment of financial health of the company.These methods include, for example, absolute ratios, profitability, activity, liquidity and debt ratios. The results are shown in tables together with their explanation in the context of what was happening in the company. Selected results are also shown in graphs for easier interpretation. Financial Analysis of a Construction Company

Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických poznatků za pomocí aplikace metod finanční analýzy posoudit finanční zdraví a dosahování stanovených cílů společnosti EUROVIA CS, a.s., v letech 2014 až 2017. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část práce se zabývá teoretickou stránkou finanční analýzy. V druhé části je na základě teoretických poznatků provedena analýza účetních výkazů společnosti. Z dosažených výsledků finanční analýzy je posouzen stav a zhodnoceno dosažení stanovených cílů společnosti.The aim of the bachelor thesis is based on theoretical knowledge using financial analysis methods to assess financial health and achievement of the goals of EUROVIA CS, a.s., in the years from 2014 to 2017. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical aspect of financial analysis. Based on the theoretical knowledge, the second part include the company financial analysis. Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá celkovou finanční analýzou firmy Lékárna na Selské s.r.o. v letech 2008 až 2012. Celkově je práce rozdělena na tři hlavní části a to na část teoretickou, část analytickou a část návrhovou. Teoretická část popisuje za pomoci vybrané literatury problematiku finanční analýzy a její ukazatele. Druhá část se skládá z obecné charakteristiky společnosti a provedené finanční analýzy. Ke zhodnocení finanční situace bylo využito analýzy stavových, rozdílových, tokových a poměrových ukazatelů a soustav ukazatelů. V návrhové části jsou na základě výsledků vybraných ukazatelů navrhnuty možná opatření, která by firmě měla pomoci zlepšit finanční situaci. Informačním zdrojem pro analýzu jsou účetní výkazy firmy.This bachelor thesis is focused on the overall financial analysis of the company Lekarna na Selske s.r.o. in the years 2008-2012. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical part, analytical part and suggestion part. The theoretical part describes the issue of financial analysis and its indicators by using selected literature. The second part consists of the general characteristics of the company and financial analysis. All financial indicators from theoretical part were used to evaluate the financial status. In suggestion part based on results of selected indicators some action are suggested to help improve the financial situation of company. Source of information for analyzing are financial statements of the company.

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol včetně úvodu a závěru. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy. Třetí kapitola je věnována charakteristice vybraného podniku. Debt evolution analysis in the company AUTEL, a.s.

Import 01/09/2009Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza vývoje zadluženosti společnosti AUTEL, a.s. Cílem bylo vyhodnotit zadluženost společnosti s využitím interních výkazů – rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Práce má dvě hlavní části: teoretickou, ve které je vysvětlena používaná metodologie finanční analýzy, charakterizovány poměrové ukazatele, pyramidový rozklad a kritéria výhodnosti použití cizích zdrojů, a praktickou, kde je představena společnost AUTEL, a.s., provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, výpočet poměrových ukazatelů zadluženosti, pyramidový rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu metodou postupných změn za sledované období 2005 – 2007 a výpočet kritérií výhodnosti použití cizích zdrojů. V závěru je shrnutí bakalářské práce, přičemž bylo zjištěno, že využívání cizího kapitálu je pro společnost výhodné.Thema Bakkalaurarbeit ist eine Analyse der Verschuldenentwicklung des Gesellschaftes AUTEL, A.G. Import 26/06/2013Cílem bakalářské práce „Finanční analýza vybraného podniku“ je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti RENATEX CZ a.s. pomocí vybraných metod finanční analýzy a porovnání výsledků s konkurenčním podnikem. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na popis metodologie finanční analýzy, na její uživatele a zdroje. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vybraným metodám finanční analýzy, které umožňují posouzení finanční situace podniku. Jsou popsány ukazatele absolutní, rozdílové a poměrové, dále také vybrané predikční modely. Třetí kapitole je věnována stručná charakteristika a historie společnosti RENATEX CZ a.s. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou aplikovány metody popsané v teoretické části na vybranou společnost. Je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy a porovnání výsledků s největším konkurenčním podnikem v České republice.The aim of this thesis is to objectively evaluate the financial situation of the chosen company RENATEX CZ a.s. and compare the outcomes with a rival company. Chapter no. 2 contains a description of the methods of financial analysis, its users and resources. In addition, the chapter is focused on the particular methods which allow assessing the financial health of the company. Various kinds of indexes are described in the thesis (absolute, ratio and differential indexes). Selected bankruptcy prediction models are presented as well. Chapter no. 3 includes a brief description and history of chosen the company RENATEX CZ a.s. The following chapter (no. 4) is focused on the applied methods described in the theoretical part. Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční výkonností soukromého zemědělství Václava Žďárského. Hodnotí vybrané ukazatele podniku za posledních 8 let, vyvozuje závěry a odhaduje budoucí vývoj těchto ukazatelů. Obsahuje návrhy, které přispějí ke zmírnění dopadů případné další ztráty z rostlinné výroby a celkově povedou ke stabilitě podniku.This bachelor´s thesis deals with the financial performance of private agriculture Václava Žďárského. Value of the selected indicators of company for the last 8 years, deduces conclusions and estimates future development of these indicators. It contains suggestions that will contribute to mitigating the effects of any further losses from crop production and overall lead to stability of the company.

Cost Management in the Company

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem náklady a výnosy, pojetí nákladů a jejich klasifikaci. Dále se zaměřuje na objasnění vztahu mezi náklady, výnosy a výsledkem hospodaření a definuje jednotlivé druhy analýz, které jsou provedeny v následující části práce. V analytické části je představena společnost a zjištěna její současná situace na základě sledování vývoje nákladů a provedením SWOT analýzy, finanční analýzy a analýzy výkazu zisku a ztráty. Součástí práce je doporučení návrhů, které by přispěly ke snižování nákladů.This bachelor thesis is focused on issues of the cost management. In the theoretical part the costs and revenues, concept of expenses and its classification are described. This thesis also clarifies a relationship between expenses, revenues and economic result and there is defined individual analysis, which were used in the next part of thesis. The analytical part is dedicated on the company introduction and for the actual situation based on expenses development, SWOT analysis, financial analysis and income statement analysis. The recommendations which should contribute to the cost reduction, is also included.
